The Internet Antiplagiarism System for Schools - AntyŚciąga - is a software for verification of originality of the written homework. The aim of the system is to deliver the teacher the tool to enable assesment, whether the homework (essay, presentation etc) had been written independently. It also presents the list of extend Internet resources which were used in checked documents.
The results of the analysis are presented in the Similarity Report. It indicates (in percentage) which part of the homework is identical to resources of the Internet and the School’s Database. Similarity Report also contains:
- the list of websites, on which the sources of borrowings were found
- the full text of the scanned file with the fragments identified as identical marked
The system does not indicate, whether the document was plagiarised. It is the Teacher, who interprets the Similarity Report and decides on the grade.
Pupils can upload documents to AntyŚciąga.p through User Accounts set by the School’s Administrator of Internet Antiplagiarism System. Then the System scans the text. As a result a Similarity Report is generated and sent to a designated e-mail address.
