Plagiat.pl’s team had in recent months several meetings on the possibilities of combating plagiarism in Ukraine. Among our interlocutors were representatives of the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science, as well as leading universities.

On the list of academic centers in which we held meeting were such cities as Kharkow, Dnepr and Kiev. In the capital of Ukraine we had constructive conversations among others at the National Aviation University, Kiev National Economic University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Training and presentation regarding the possibilities of our system for professors and students Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences were conducted by the Director of Plagiat.pl in Ukraine, PhD Oleksandr Striamets.

Our presentations also concerned the experiences of Polish universities in combating against academic plagiarism as well as modern technologies used by them. This subject aroused great interest at the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, where we had a working meeting about potential and further cooperation with the President of the Academy Vasyl Kuibida and Director of the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration Volodymyr Zagorsky.

Although many Ukrainian universities already cooperate with our company, there is a significant interest raised due to recent changes in Ukrainian legislation and integrative intensions do EU standards.
