Kazakh round table on Academic Integrity

In the beginning of February 2019 Plagiat.pl took part in a round table organized by leading private top-ranking Central Asian university ALMAu. The round table embraced such subjects as academy integrity and plagiarism in scientific articles and journals. The ALMAu Vice-Rector prof. Kristian Kahl underlined how important for universities to publish in world-recognized scientific journals, be well-involved into Scopus activities in Central Asia and further process of combat with plagiarism in science. The Plagiat.pl’s Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Warsaw office teams made a presentation sharing experience of Polish and Central European universities in this subject. Invited academic community was interested to hear how Poland and Europe is dealing with plagiarism in science and what legislative measures have been taken during the recent years. Scopus head in Central Asia Mrs Aliya Ospanova expressed her high interest to further cooperation in Central Asia and Caucasus between Scopus and Plagiat.pl.
